A Unique Youth Empowerment Program
Kids That Care Club (KTCC) Uganda is a unique youth empowerment initiative that through the power of music, dance and the performing arts is taking advocacy for social justice, human rights and gender equality to new dimensions.
Built upon a solid foundation of WHO/UNICEF’s HAT (Helping Adolescents Thrive) Strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals, KTCC is challenging old outdated programs with research backed, evidence based strategies to provide guidance in achieving social and economic equality while dismantling norms of stigma and discrimination.

Innovation is at our Core
KTCC’s 5 Pillars, centered on global activism, equality, and the empowerment of youth as community leaders, are effectively bridging the gap between individual well-being and systemic justice.
- Health Education: Moving from Knowledge to Action – help others understand the importance of making healthy choices
- Advocacy: Amplifying Marginalized Voices – advocate for social justice, human rights, and gender equality
- Innovative Creativity: Campaigns for Change – create public awareness campaigns to inspire behavioral or policy change
- Equity & Inclusion: Designing for the Margins – promote programs that are equitable and inclusive
- Enterprise Skills Development: Reaching Potential – mentor others how to reach one’s full potential
