Farming differently.
Eastern Africa is suffering from climate change as insufficient rainfall makes traditional farming a challenge. As Soroti District is in a semi-arid area, there is little water for irrigation and water conservation is a must. Our method of containing the garden area is helping our beneficiaries grow leafy green vegetables despite the drought like conditions.
Our methods are simple. The results are huge. A measurement of our success is based on the lives we have changed.
